BOWL FOR A CAUSE & SILENT AUCTION |
The Diabetes Scholars Foundation held it’s first annual Bowl for a Cause/silent auction on Saturday August 29, 2009. We had over 60 bowlers take part in a fun filled evening. The lines were forming as the clock ticked down to the close of the silent auction. People were racing to get that final bid in on the silent auction items. The event could not have been successful without the help of Animas Corporation, Roche Diagnostics/Accu-chek and Insulet Corporation. We could not have done this without your support. Thank you also to all of our attendees for making this event a success. A special thanks to our board members Lisa Kelly and Natalie Bellini who flew into Chicago to help out with the event.
